Brand films and a motion system for a global real-estate firm
JLL is one of the world's largest commercial real-estate and investment-management firms. Embedded on the account at Paragon for four years, I produced Capital Markets films, showreels, benchmarking reports and event content, all inside JLL's global identity and turned around at enterprise pace.
01 · The challengeMake the complex feel effortless
JLL's Capital Markets teams move billions in transactions, but the thinking behind those deals is dense, data-heavy and easy to lose an audience with. The films had to carry that authority for investors, clients and internal audiences across markets while staying genuinely watchable.
They also had to be made fast. Briefs arrived from US and UK stakeholders in different time zones, often with hard event dates, and every piece had to be unmistakably JLL without a brand team reviewing each frame.
02 · ApproachOne motion language, many films
- An on-brand motion system. I extended JLL's global identity into a consistent set of type animations, transitions, data treatments and end cards, so every film felt like a chapter of the same story.
- Narrative-first edits. Each film was structured around a clear line of argument. Data supports the message rather than burying it.
- Produced at pace. Templated After Effects builds and a shared asset library meant a new film or a regional variant could be turned around in days, not weeks.

03 · More from the accountShowreel and reports
Alongside the Capital Markets films I produced JLL's brand showreel, animated benchmarking and Value & Risk reports, Show & Tell internal content, and identity concepts for development projects such as Hernando County Logistics.
