Work / Flourish Physiotherapy & Acupuncture
A calm, booking-first site for a physio who comes to you
Flourish is a home-visit physiotherapy and acupuncture practice in the West Midlands, run by chartered physiotherapist Samantha Mann. The old site buried the two things a patient needs: what it costs and how to book. The new one puts both in the first screen and keeps the tone as unhurried as the appointments.

01 · The briefReassure first, then make booking obvious
Most visitors arrive in some discomfort, often older, often on a phone. They want to know three things quickly: can this person help with my problem, what will it cost, and how do I book. Everything else is supporting evidence.
So the homepage answers those in order: the promise and the practitioner, prices in the hero, a scrolling list of the conditions she treats, then four specialisms, her story, a three-step "how it works" and the pricing again before the final call to book.
02 · DesignWarm, clinical, unhurried
- Type and colour. A serif display face (Fraunces) with a clean sans (Manrope) and a soft teal palette on cream: credible like a clinic, warmer than one.
- Proof without shouting. Nineteen years chartered, 75-minute initial assessments and home visits are stated as plain numbers, not badges.
- Booking everywhere. Every section ends with a route to book or call; the booking page itself is one screen, no account needed.
- Built to be maintained. Hand-coded HTML and CSS with no CMS to break, fast on a phone, and easy for the practice to update prices.
